Our Chef Federico Zampieri

Discover your inner chef and Italy’s incredibly diverse culinary landscape as you cook your own organic three-course masterpieces under the instruction of Federico Zampieri. Each class lasts 2.5 hours and culminates in a sit-down dinner in our beautiful and intimate setting. Each class includes a menu of one appetizer, one entrée and a dessert or wine drink.

Classes meet on Thursday nights from 6:00 PM to approximately 8:30 PM on the following days:

Thursday, May 18:

  • Mozarella sticks
  • Mediterranean haddock
  • Homemade jam

Thursday, June 1:

  • Eggplant rollatini
  • Abruzzi pasta
  • Baked apple

Thursday, June 15:

  • Mussels
  • Chicken Marsala
  • Strawberries in white wine

Thursday, June 22:

  • Italian wedding soup
  • Chicken piccata
  • Lingue di gatto

Thursday, June 29:

  • Eggplant parmesan
  • Salmon fusilli
  • Apple fritters
