Italian Cooking Course

Each session will focus on a different region of Italy, where participants will learn not only to prepare traditional dishes but also the origins and cultural significance of each recipe. Under Chef Sbano’s guidance, every participant will actively cook, and each class will conclude with a shared dinner featuring the prepared dishes.

First day menu :

Gnocchi alla curcuma con crema al parmigiano

  (Turmeric Gnocchi with Parmesan Cream)  

-Spezzatino in umido con patate

Second day menu:

- Gnocchi alla romana gratinati

( Baked Roman-style gnocchi)

- Baccala' alla romana

(Roman-style salted cod)

- Crostata di ricotta

(Roman ricotta tart)

Third day menu:

- Pasta fresca alla Norma

( Homemade fresh pasta alla Norma)

- Pollo alla cacciatora

( Chicken Cacciatora style)

- Gelo di limone

( Sicilian Lemon Pudding)

Guests planning to consume alcohol must produce a valid ID to prove they are 21+. 1 Ticket required per guest

Cancellation Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. No refunds are offered on classes and events. . We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event. While we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply.
